Belief in brotherhood, personal growth, and leadership opportunity

Leadership minor work, Carlson networking/events, gym & creative projects
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your first year, and how did you overcome it?
Overwhelmed with the transition to college but fixed by building structure, and returning to routine

Hard but growth-filled and upward-trending
